Scott Hansen, ARNP, FNP-C

Scott is the owner and primary care practitioner at Emerald City Family Practice, PLLC. He graduated from Florida State University, having achieved his Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) for Family Practice Nurse Practitioner, and  is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Opiate Replacement Therapy

We offer Suboxone treatment for patients who find themselves unable to stop using narcotic substances such as fentanyl, oxycodone, morphine, heroin, and other opioids. If you want to end the nonstop hustle of chasing a short lived high and enduring all the high stake risks which accompany that life, we can help you get out of it and help you find your path to the life you really deserve. Behavioral Health Treatment

If you have a mental illness and want professional assistance to help you through it, we will be happy to assist! We regularly treat common illnesses such as, chronic depression, severe anxiety and panic attacks, ADD getting in the way of your focus and hindering your desired success, and other commonly experienced illnesses. Hormone Replacement Therapy

We offer testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for men who need medication assistance to achieve optimum testosterone levels.

 

We also offer medication management including hormone therapy for transgender patients in a safe and collaborative environment.
